01 — the premise

most merch is a logo on someone else's blank.

same garment as everyone else. thin margins. bought once, out of politeness, and never again. the product is the ceiling — not the audience, not the marketing, not the store.

almost nobody sells against that, because almost nobody can actually make anything. we make the thing itself: patterned, sampled, tooled, manufactured. then we build the store it sells on and hand you the keys.

02 — the minimum

50

pieces · on most items

small enough to be a test, not a bet.

custom manufacturing normally starts at 100 to 300 units for cut-and-sew. that maths forces you to gamble before you know anything. ours starts at fifty — so fifty of something good sells out, instead of five hundred of something safe sitting.

03 — what we make

five categories. one partner.

everyone else in this category stops at printed apparel. that is the whole difference.

obj_01 / 05 — soft goods

apparel

cut-and-sew, not printed blanks. patterns, fabric sourcing, fit, wash, trims, labelling.

from 50 pcs · 8–14 wks
obj_02 / 05 — soft goods

plush

your character, made real. pattern engineering, material matching, safety testing.

from 300 pcs · 10–16 wks
obj_03 / 05 — hard goods

toys & objects

collectibles, desk objects, fingerboards, packaging-led pieces.

tooling-dependent
obj_04 / 05 — development

footwear

yes, actual shoes. last development, tooling, full size runs. a programme, not a print job.

6–12 months
obj_05 / 05 — development

electronics

industrial design through engineering, tooling and certification.

6–12 months
note

minimums vary.

apparel starts at fifty, plush at three hundred. footwear and electronics are a different scale entirely. every product carries its own minimum on its page.

04 — who this is for

creators and companies, weighted the same.

i — creators

you have an audience and a point of view

what you do not have is a factory, a tech pack, or anyone to call when the sample comes back wrong. we handle the product end to end and hand you a store you own outright. if the idea is wrong, we will tell you before we build it.

ii — brands & companies

your product is good. your merch is a bag of logo tees nobody wears

company product is a brand expression, and increasingly a channel — a real shop, co-branded drops, retail placement. selling out says considerably more about a brand than giving away ever did. same categories, same minimum, procurement-friendly paperwork.

one real product, one real store. strategy session, one custom product in one category, full design and development, two sampling rounds, production management, a shopify store built and handed over, studio photography, and the launch assets to sell it.

a drop, not a product. everything in signature, plus three to six pieces across at least two categories, line identity and packaging, campaign photography and a video asset, drop mechanics built into the store, email flows connected, and launch-week support.

16–20 weeks
from $150k

imprint

your own line, with footwear and electronics unlocked. everything in capsule, plus a multi-season roadmap, development at tooling scale, inventory financing and ownership structuring, warehousing and fulfilment, wholesale and retail placement, and ongoing operations.

08 — terms

your store. your brand. your customer list. your ip.

we keep the right to show the work. that is the whole of the arrangement, and it is deliberately short.

09 — questions

the obvious ones.

minimums

what is the real minimum?

fifty pieces on most items, apparel included. plush is three hundred. toys depend on tooling. footwear and electronics are a different scale entirely, and we say so upfront rather than let you find out later.

cost

what does it actually cost?

packages start at $15,000 for development, design and the store build. production is separate and billed at transparent landed cost.

audience

do i need a certain audience size?

no. a forty-thousand-person email list that opens is worth more here than a million passive followers.

first time

do i need to have sold merch before?

no. plenty of the best projects are someone's first product.

companies

do you work with companies as well as creators?

equally. roughly half this business is brands who want product worth paying for rather than swag worth throwing out.

timing

how long does it take?

ten to fourteen weeks for apparel, idea to live. ten to sixteen for plush. footwear and electronics run six to twelve months.

risk

what if it does not sell?

we will tell you before we build it if we think the product is wrong. and at fifty pieces, being wrong is survivable — that is rather the point of the minimum.

ownership

who owns the store?

you do, outright. your shopify account, your domain, your customer data. we build it and hand over the keys.
