Cancellation policy

Studio membership

The Studio membership costs $100 per month (plus any applicable tax) and renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed. Renewal continues until you cancel. You will be charged using the payment method you provided at checkout.

What's included

Unlimited tech packs from a photo in the Future Basics Client Hub, including versions, factory share links and sign-off, while your membership is active.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your Shopify customer account (thefuturebasics.com → Account → Subscriptions), or by emailing team@thefuturebasics.com. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep membership access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months.

Price changes

If the price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Tech packs you've made

Tech packs created during your membership remain in your Client Hub after you cancel. Any tech packs you make after cancelling are billed per pack at the current price.
